Where we ship
We currently ship across South Africa only. International shipping will follow as we expand.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes a further 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Couriers
We work with The Courier Guy and other trusted South African courier services. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves us.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, nationwide.
Returns
30-day window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition
Returned bottles must be sealed, unopened, and free of any signs of use. Original packaging must be intact. We cannot accept opened or partially used fragrances for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping in full. Once your return is approved, we arrange courier collection from your address — no cost to you.

Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is on its way.
Requesting a return
1.Email us at support with your order number and the reason for return. We respond within one business day.
2.Once approved, we arrange a courier collection from your address at a time that suits you.
3.Pack the bottle in its original packaging and hand it to the courier — that's it.
